So they hijacked man's most servile creation, the cyborgs, to create a new race destined to destroy humankind.
A murderous war ensued, and humans realized that they, too, had to evolve or perish. They used domestic animals, who had been cut off from their wild nature for too long, to create a new race of fighters.
