Cavalo55 and Monday's cover of Bruce Springsteen's "Dancing In the Dark" is out now

Cavalo55 and Monday's cover of Bruce Springsteen's "Dancing In the Dark", is out now, adding their own beautiful take on such a beloved classic song, and in the process marking their return to collaborating together.

The release of this rendition was bound to happen eventually, ever since Cavalo55 and Monday decided to perform it together for the first time at Lisbon’s Teatro da Garagem during our Five Year anniversary concert, over two years ago. Since then both artists have consistently been releasing new music of their own, with "Dancing In The Dark" arriving hot off the back of Monday’s very newly released sophomore album, "Underwater, feels like eternity", and Cavalo55 releasing his debut EP "Late Harvest" and its live companion "Live Harvest".

"Dancing In The Dark" resonated and provided a sense of catharsis for both of them with now proving to be an opportune, pivotal, full circle moment for them both to revisit it, as they recently headed into Waahs Studios in Lisbon to lay down this incredibly special version that contains all the poignancy of the original, which serendipitously celebrates its 40th anniversary, with Bruce Springsteen first releasing "Dancing In the Dark" as a single in February 1984 as one of the lead tracks from "Born In The U.S.A." which followed in June of that year.

As huge lifelong Springsteen fans ourselves, it's been a long held dream to release a Bruce cover, and we couldn't be happier and prouder to be releasing this one. We think it's stunning and are sure that once you hear it, you'll agree.
