Bróna Keogh shares single 'Nature Boy'

Bróna Keogh is a soulful, indie folk singer and recording artist from Dublin.

Her latest single ‘Nature Boy’ is a sensual, hypnotic track. A celebration of recovered sexuality after a traumatic assault.

Bróna was inspired to do a full band rendition of the jazz standard (by eden ahbez) after attending folk sessions around the heart of Dublin City.

'I find folk, jazz and blues music so transcendent, it pulls me into other worlds and lives that resonate in curious ways,

awakening parts of my soul that otherwise lay dormant.'

A survivor of sexual assault, Bróna has been integrating these experiences through her art and has found liberation in the song's gentle expression of sensuality.

She continues to grow her audience and has played shows supporting some of Ireland's most celebrated artists like Pillow Queens, Niamh Reagan, Dani Larkin, Caoi de Barra, Wyvern Lingo, D. Cullen and international artists Nadia Reid (NZ), Elsdeer (Berlin) and Gravedancer (US) to name a few.

Her work has been enthusiastically received by Irish media.

Love is Just a Muse is next level chilling...

Missing the connection, friendship and the feeling of being known on a deep level is an incredibly heart-wrenching aspect of a breakup,

as Bróna's astonishingly moving song dives into with illuminating detail.

'I am impatient and frustrated with the amount of material I have unreleased and I want to just lean into my work. I am asking for the price of a CD to contribute to recording my next EP which I am eager to share.''
