DIRTY MITTS

RAMPANT ROCKERS DETAIL BRAND NEW SINGLE & EP!

Live-wired UK quartet, DIRTY MITTS, throw down their highly striking new EP, Hands Off!, on Friday 10th November. The unrelenting rockers also deliver their scorching new single and video, Women, which arrives on Friday 8th September.

DIRTY MITTS started life in 2022, and consist of Tommy (vocals), Matt (bass), Mo (guitar), and Mateusz (drums). The diverse four-piece hail from the UK, Poland, and Egypt, but are now firmly based in London. Drawn together by a strong mutual affection for powerful rock ‘n’ roll, DIRTY MITTS have created a sound that fuses bluesy groove and hooky riffs with vintage vibes and unbridled energy. Already noted for their hi-octane performances and intense live shows, DIRTY MITTS have also picked up strong support for their recorded work. Their previous singles, You Better Run! (Villains Theme), My Show, and Ball & Chain, have all racked up prominent global radio airplay and impressive Spotify streams, reflecting the upward trajectory and heightened excitement for the band.

With their stock on the rise, DIRTY MITTS unveil their potent new EP,Hands Off!, this Autumn. The record is preceeded by their breathtaking new single, Women. The track is a real marker for what’s to come for the rock ‘n’ rollers. Lead singer, Tommy Balaam, discusses the single: “’Women’ starts off in a familiar territory for rock enthusiasts. But as it progresses, the tune shifts, offering a broader appreciation for women. The hook line "give me women on equal pay," is not just a catchy hook but a nod to contemporary themes that are becoming more prominent in music.” A notable feature of DIRTY MITTS’ appeal is their deft ability to intertwine classic rock vibes with modern sensibilities, and Womenis an ideal showcase piece that flaunts the band’s abundant talent.
