Alternative Rock Trio Please use Right Excuses release new single "Ride"

After the acclaimed release of Pure Quarantine, which addressed psychological, dramatic and anxious outbursts due to the pandemic, where it was mentioned by several national and international websites, the band Please use Right Excuses returns in 2024 with a desire to live in its new single Ride. The song brings a happier and more festive tone to the band. When recording the clip, they used colored smoke, like those from a revelation tea as a big bet for a revelation regardless of the year. With striking riffs and 2 choruses, the single, which is less than 2 minutes long, is coming with strength in the Brazilian rock scene.

The recording made at the Está Records studio in São Paulo (@estavarecs) was produced by the great producer Jeff Peres ( @dskrtz ). Photographer Claudia Cardin ( @claudiacardin ) took the single's cover photo while cycling around the city while designer Gustavo Marcili ( @o.miauu ) made the edits.

The clip and promotional photos were recorded by the lenses of Juan Nicolas (cosmosfotografia) while the edits were once again handled by the Studio Intrinseco team (studiointrinseco) who worked on the band's last 2 clips (Lost man and Anxious).

About the band:

Please Use Right Excuses is an independent band currently without a label. Created in the stone jungle of the city of São Paulo and influenced by the 90s with bands like Nirvana, Pixies, Verbena (among others), the power trio has already released 4 EPs, including P.U.R.E in 2017 and TAX in 2019, Pure Quarantine 2021, now brings its new single Ride in 2024. Since 2021, the band's lineup includes Bruno Leite on vocals/guitar, Aracelli Figueiredo on bass/backing vocals and Junior Blink on drums, after the departure of Ysa Lour (2015-2020).
