ALBUM REVIEW: Therapy? - Hard Cold Fire

Northern Ireland rock royalty Therapy? return with their long awaited 16th studio album "Hard Cold Fire" which follows 2018's "Cleave".

"Hard Cold Fire" is a 30 minute burst of short, sharp anti-establishment anthems for the underdog. Wonderfully melodic with killer choruses, grungy distorted goodness and the band's signature heavy riffage.

Therapy? are as relevant and hungry today as they were when they formed 34 years ago. Providing a voice for the masses and a platform to vent frustrations at a crumbling society. While their sound might be more polished than the "Pleasure Death" or "Babyteeth" era it hasn't diluted over the years to conform to the mainstream masses they're still as angry, woeful and bemused by the world as ever.

"Hard Cold Fire" will ignite your senses, fill you with rage, leave you yearning for more and impassioned enough to take on anything. It's the ultimate "fuck you" to those in power who are slowly destroying the country piece by piece.

I'm Amy a Norfolk girl, currently residing at the seaside.

Age: eternally 21 (I’m really Peter Pan!).

By day I'm a Leaks, Condensation, Damp and Mould Resident Liaison Officer and by night I'm CRB's admin bitch, reviewer extraordinaire, point and hope for the best photographer, paperclip monitor and expert at breaking anything technical then expecting Scott to fix it!

I'm into all kinds of music the more obscure the better (my music taste is definitely better than yours 🤪😜) with my fave band being The Wonder Years.

I'm an Ipswich Town fan and have an unhealthy obsession with hedgehogs!
